Kemper Refresh: Yoga

Join certified yoga instructor Amma Adrian for a refreshing yoga session surrounded by art. Afterward, slow down with a guided conversation and close looking experience centered on an artwork from the Museum’s permanent collection and focused on care for self and community. Kemper Refresh is an ongoing program focused on wellness, creativity, and community connection offered in collaboration with health and wellness professionals from the WashU and greater St. Louis communities. All ages, abilities, and levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat. Chair yoga or other modifications will be available.
