Our Summer Preschool Program is designed around the natural curiosity of young children. Each day builds upon their eagerness to explore with age-appropriate academics, creative experiences, and a supportive environment where children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. With attentive teachers and small class sizes, we tailor experiences to each child, making this summer both engaging and hands-on. Two, Three, Four Day options also available.

Intro to Irish dance and tin whistle; singing, Irish language, crafts and games. Looking to try something new this summer? Discover the fun of Irish music and dance at SLIA Intro Camp. U12 New Slia students will learn Irish dance steps, play runes on the tin whistle, sing in the Irish language and enjoy games with SLIA friends. New students are welcome to attend any or all weeks of camp. We will adjust group activities according to ages and experience level of students registered each week. Students will conclude both weeks performing together for parents and friends.

Animal Planet Camp is an engaging, nature-focused program designed for campers who love animals and the natural world. Throughout the week, campers explore different habitats and learn about a variety of creatures through hands-on activities, games, and creative projects. Activities may include animal-themed crafts, habitat-building projects, nature walks, wildlife observation, and interactive games that teach animal traits, adaptations, and behaviors. Campers may also explore topics like food chains, ecosystems, and conservation in fun, age-appropriate ways.

We discover the world of art and movement through an exploration of color. Campers use imaginative palettes as we draw, paint, and move with a focus on dazzling hues. We encounter great artists throughout history who used color in surprising and amazing ways while creating works in all the colors of the rainbow. Colorful World concludes with campers bringing home the work they created. Campers are expected to be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.

We celebrate each child's unique gifts through stories, such as Incredible You, I Like Myself!, and Marisol McDonald Doesn't Match/Marisol McDonald no combina. We also create self-portraits. Magnificent Me concludes with campers bringing home the work they created. Campers are expected to be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.

Join our STEM Explorers class where we will learn about simple machines and get creative with recyclable materials as we design and build our very own projects.

Students will use children's literature – stories, novels, and expository texts – as the basis for engineering design challenge(s).

Contemplate communication as you converse in codes. Experience how Newton's laws are at work in your favorite sports and join the ranks of space scientists examining the mysteries of the solar system!

Please note the descriptions are based on our full day camps. We will not get through all the listed activities in a half day camp.

Before-care (7 am - 9 am) and after-care (3:30 pm - 6 pm) is available for this camp through New City School.
