Sign up for Crescendo Youth Choirs’ Summer Choral Experience! Welcoming singers in grades 1st-12th for a FREE day camp on Saturday, August 1st from 12pm-4pm at Kirkwood Baptist Church. The camp will end with a presentation for friends and family at 3:30pm. Come enjoy a FREE afternoon of singing, learning new songs, snacks, games, and connecting with faculty and peers from the Crescendo Youth Choirs! New singers can also audition for the 26-27 season.

Learn about jazz improvisation and combo performance this summer! Join us for a week-long intensive study of jazz performance in a small group setting with Webster jazz camp faculty. Student will attend masterclasses, attend combo rehearsals, and focus on improvisation and interaction in a jazz combo. The week culminates with a Friday afternoon performance for family and friends.

This week-long experience, led by expert instructors includes full band rehearsals, sectionals and interactive workshops. Designed for both intermediate and advanced musicians, campers build skills, friendships and confidence. The camp concludes with a grand finale performance featuring both intermediate and advanced bands. Learn, play and grow in a supportive environment!

Develop your compositional voice and explore melody, harmony, and orchestration with guidance from experienced composers. Participants must read music and play an instrument or sing. The camp concludes with each student’s original composition recorded by professional musicians—a lasting showcase!

Join us July 13-17 for a week-long intensive study of piano performance! Learn from Webster faculty and connect with some of the area's most inspiring performers and educators. Students will attend daily private lessosn, master classes, interactive sessions, faculty performances, and guided practices with Webster camp faculty. The week culminates in a Friday afternoon recital for family and friends.

This week-long program hones technical skills, tone, and musicianship through personalized instruction and ensemble playing. A video audition ensures proper placement. Led by expert saxophonists, students enjoy masterclasses, sectionals, and performance opportunities to elevate their playing!

Improve your small ensemble skills and experience clarinet choir with this week-long intensive. Students will experience daily coaching sessions within their quartet (placement by audition), as well as clarinet choir rehearsals, workshops on various topics, and master classes. The week will end with a performance showcasing all of the small ensembles and the choir.

This immersive camp focuses on skill development through warm-ups, tone and intonation work, and breathing techniques. Led by experienced instructors and featuring guest artists like Jeannie Baxtresser and Keith Underwood, campers refine their technique and connect with fellow flutists, creating a fun and enriching musical experience!

Come have a great musical experience and bond with current CJA choir members! Students will spend the week honing their musical talents and working on a final performance for the last day of camp.

Please join us for this summer’s Festival, July 12-31, as we continue to grow and present the highest quality chamber music to Central Illinois. The camp for strings, piano, winds, and harp will be held at Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) in Bloomington, IL.

The schedule includes daily chamber music coaching, rehearsals/lessons, elective classes (musical theatre, music theory/history, international dance, tennis), and performances by students and faculty.

This program is designed for young musicians who wish to participate in chamber music groups.

With a focus on Drum Set and World Percussion, students will receive hands on instruction from world class performers and educators. Topics and styles covered include: Cuban, Brazilian, Rock, Pop, West African, Jazz, Musical Theater, Odd Meter, Gospel, Funk, Latin. Campus housing is an additional $150.

Join UMSL’s Director of Instrumental Ensembles, Dr. David Wacyk along with the acclaimed Arianna String Quartet for a fun and rewarding string camp experience! The 2025 UMSL String Camp will be a three-day workshop held in the beautiful Touhill Performing Arts Center, offering string orchestra, instrument technique classes, guided practice sessions, and masterclasses. \

String Crossings is Belmont University’s annual week-long summer camp where current high school string students learn and perform music from a diverse set of genres including classical, jazz, rock, celtic, swing, and bluegrass. Students have the opportunity to study with Belmont's world-renowned faculty, explore creative musicianship and technique in all styles, participate in interactive performances, and immerse themselves in an exciting week of making music with new friends!
