Campers will have double the fun when they craft their own accessories PLUS matching sets of adorable doll-sized DIYs. Designed to create alongside their favorite dolls, campers will design stylish accessories, craft doll-sized items to match, explore various art techniques, and enjoy fun and friendship.

Campers will spend the week creating their very own portfolio, exploring and practicing a variety of painting techniques and Mediums. By the end of camp, they’ll leave with a completed portfolio showcasing their unique creations and artistic growth!

Celebrate the season with Christmas in July Math Camp! Campers ages 10-14 are invited to a creative holiday camp blending hands-on art projects with playful, brain-boosting math challenges!

Learn how to design a logo and turn your concepts into a fashion statement. Participants will experiment with a variety of printing techniques including linocut, screen printing, vinyl cutting and sewing/embroidery to bring your designs to life on custom patches, t-shirts, stickers and buttons! Participants in Make Your Own Merch will have the opportunity to build their inventory to sell at LitShop's 2026 Makers Markets, and will be able to join our new Market Crew. Youth can make something new every week or work on a continued theme. Participants who have already taken Print Shop can take it again! They'll be able to build their skills and work independently on projects of their own choosing. Participants will also create their own bullet journals. A combination of journal, scrapbook, planner and more, bullet journals are a way to both organize and document your life. If you are a pen/notebook/stationary enthusiast, you will love bullet journaling!

Dive into clay to learn the basics of hand building, sculpture, and texture! Students will create sculptures using various types of clay and techniques to further develop their handbuilding ceramic skills. We will learn pinching, coiling, and glazing techniques with earthenware clay and create simple bowls and vases using these techniques. We will continue to have a few fun air dry clay projects as well.

In this engaging STEAM class, students will discover the exciting intersection of geometry and art. They will learn how to use geometric shapes as building blocks to create unique and visually appealing artwork. Through hands-on activities and creative exercises, students will explore concepts such as symmetry, patterns, proportions, and spatial relationships.

In this 4 week class, artist Abigail Banholzer will introduce students to the FUNdamentals of creating art on the potter’s wheel. Students will learn the basic skills of creating work on the wheel including: centering, opening, pulling and shaping. Abigail will also introduce finishing techniques such as trimming, adding handles, and glazing. This class is for ages 8-12 with little to no experience in ceramics. Get ready for a week bursting with color! Campers will explore the exciting world of the color wheel, experiment with mixing paints, create bold and beautiful artworks, and learn how colors work together to tell a story. From vibrant rainbows to subtle shades, we’ll play with every hue under the sun. To top it all off, each camper will tie-dye their very own camp T-shirt — a wearable, colorful work of art to remember the week by!

Step into a week where art and nature grow side by side! Campers will explore the beauty of plants, flowers, and rocks through a variety of creative projects. We’ll paint vibrant garden scenes, design plant-inspired prints, craft with natural textures, and transform stones into colorful works of art. Along the way, we’ll learn about the shapes, colors, and patterns found in the natural world — and how to bring them to life in our artwork. By week’s end, campers will have their own little “artful garden” to take home!

Travel through time with your creativity as your guide! In this week-long camp, campers will explore art from different eras and bring it to life through fun, hands-on projects—think disco balls from the funky ‘70s, lava lamps inspired by the ‘60s, bright colors of the ‘80s and more. Each day is a new adventure in art history, with exciting, era-themed creations and a tie-dye t-shirt to take home as the perfect souvenir from your artistic time travels!
