Preschool Science Series: Sound All-Around

What is sound? Join us on a sonic adventure as we learn what makes sound, explore different sounds and create our own sound-making devices! Non-member child price is $12.00, Member child price is $10.00. Adults do not need a ticket. At least one adult may participate free of charge with every child’s ticket purchased. There must be one adult in attendance for every four children. Due to space limitations, if classes are full, it may not be possible to accommodate multiple adults per child. Each session includes: Experiments and playful, hands-on STEAM exploration, activities focused on helping children develop motor, language, and cognitive skills, ideas for caregivers to support their child’s learning. Preschool Science Series sessions last 45 minutes and are guided by a Science Center educator. Tickets are required for Preschool Science Series and must be purchased at least one hour prior to session start time. They are available online, onsite at the Science Center or by calling 314.289.4424.
