Small Group Pitching (11u-14u) | Tuesday (Session 2)

Players will participate in detailed fundamental training on becoming a more consistent and aggressive pitcher. Focus will be on mechanics from the wind up, and stretch. Improving our pickoff moves to 1st/2nd base. Players will be learning proper grips and throwing motions for multiple pitches. Fastball, change ups, and lightly working on breaking balls will be practiced.
