Prepare your kids for summer swimming with a week of lessons in Chaminade's indoor pool! Small group lessons will be taught by Chaminade students Monday through Thursday. Swimmers will be placed into levels according to ability. Swimmers and groups might be shifted around mid program if needed. Swimmers will independently practice swimming techniques such as kicking with a kickboard, freestyle with side breathing, backstroke, breaststroke, and treading water. Swimmers will be introduced to streamlines with breaststroke pulldown.
